-The Jardin Caleta Center is located at the southern part of the beautiful beach, on Tenerifa island, where everybody already knows us. Our room is on the third floor with the view at the ocean and a volcano’s peak - says Michał Kądzioła. The temperature on Tenerife is approximately 25-32 degrees, so the conditions for training are excellent – says Sławomir Robert.

-The Jardin Caleta Center is located at the southern part of the beautiful beach, on Tenerifa island, where everybody already knows us. Our room is on the third floor with the view at the ocean and a volcano’s peak - says Michał Kądzioła from Tenerife. –As usually, the meal is good, pancakes with peach and pineapple poured with chocolate taste delicious. At the moment, we have many great sparring couples to train with. We do our best to prepare to the first tournament in Brazil. On the way there will also be an important sparring tournament. We are in a very good mood, because our conditions improves and injuries do not bother us so much, any more.
This well-known Spanish island is also a training place for the polish (women) beach volleyball players. –The weather is fine, sunny and windy – these are the best conditions for a training one could ever imagine – says Monika Brzostek. Naturally, sparring matches are most important. We participate in the tournament which begins with a group phase. The event itself seems to be a very interesting one.

-This year, it is our first training camp on Tenerife. We are training in the same Center, we used to train last year. Therefore, we are familiarized with both, the object and its surroundings. We have been here since a week, so we managed to get used to the climate and the typical weather conditions, associated with this sport discipline.  So far, everything runs without any problems. We all have no problems with health, only a small overstrains not to be avoided – said Kinga Kołosińska.

-At the beginning phase of the training camp we were focused on getting used to the new weather conditions (bright sun, wind and a large space). Until now, we have been training in the balloon, therefore, the girls needed two or three more days to adjust themselves. Now, we keep on improving some technical elements, such as receiving and setting the ball from particular on court positions. Ideal are the training conditions, with a well-equipped centre including swimming pool, gym, beauty center. Our motivation to perform the effort is much more affective thanks to all those facilities – says the coach, Michał Szczytowicz.

- The temperature on Tenerife is approximately 25-32 degrees, so the conditions for training are excellent – says Sławomir Robert. – Wind helps us to survive high temperatures. We train twice a day.

So far, polish players Michał Kądzioła and Jakub Szałankiewicz, either trained or played some sparring matches with the following teams (2010 FIVB ranking number given before the surnames):
