On Wednesday, the following teams will fight for qualification: Asseco Resovia Rzeszów and Zaksa Kędzierzyn-Koźle. Both teams are ranked 2nd in their groups.

There are no more chances for Fenerbahce Grundig Istanbul, with whom PGE Skra will play a match on Wednesday. The match with a polish club is going to be just a symbolic one. Furthermore, before our previous match we had in Moscow, we did realizm that possibility for us to participate in further games of the Champions League has already been closed for us – said popular Serbian spiker from Fenerbahce, Ivan Miljkovic.

In Istanbul, PGE Skra will play without Mariusz Wlazły, Daniel Pliński, Wytze Kooistry, Michał Winiarski and Dante Boninfante. Also coach, Jacek Nawrocki, will not travel to Turkey. His collaborators will coordinate the team work – Maciej Bartodziejski and Daniel Lecouna.

- Both, Asseco Resovia and ZAKSA are able to promote to the play-off phase. I think fans and the interested teams do not even imagine a different solution. First o fall, we have to win the last group matches on Wednesday – says former coach of the men’s national team, Ireneusz Mazur.

Coach of Zenit Kazań, Władimir Alekno says that ‘the real Champions League tournament is about to begin’. – In the group phase there were big differences in skills between particular teams. Now the game will be joined by selected 12 participants. I am sure the emotions will increase – said Władimir Alekno.
