Noliko MAASEIK is determined to play their best this coming Tuesday as they play Poland’s Zaksa KEDZIERZYN-KOZLE in the return match of the Playoffs 12. Even though some days ago they lost in straight sets, still the Belgians got somehow the right confidence as the score line there was quite close, especially in the last couple of sets (29-27, and 27-25). Additionally, Noliko got another boost this weekend after clearly dominating its last match of the national league with Argex Duvel PUURS.
“This is the match of the year for our team” emphatically says head coach Brecht Van Kerckhove. “We are ready for this second clash and we know that with a top team like Zaksa you need to take every single opportunity that is being given to you. We did not do this last week in Poland and it is obvious that my players have to deliver their best to bring it home also via the help of our fans. We have nothing to lose and will be focused and determined right from the start”.
Zaksa will travel to Belgium after suffering a 0:3 defeat to Delecta BYDGOSZCZ that is hence the provisional – and surprising – leader of Poland’s national league.
