On 26th November 2014, the Polish Volleyball Federation Board resumed and concluded its meeting concerning the suspension of the President and the 1st Vice-President of the Board, which had been adjourned on 19th November 2014.
The Board was informed about Mr. Artur Popko’s resignation from his positions of the 1st Vice-President and a member of the Board.
Due to a lack of definite legal ground, which would enable the Board to decide about suspending the President, the question will be brought up to for a vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Polish Volleyball Federation Delegates. The EGM date will be decided at the next Board meeting on 16th December 2014. The conclusions of Volleyball Men’s World Championship Poland 2014 audit will be presented at the EGM and the Delegates and a voting will be held on the question of President’s suspension or dismissal.
The following companies were invited to send offers to conduct the audit of Volleyball Men’s World Championship Poland 2014: PWC, Ernst&Young, KPMG, Mazars and BDO. The invitation stated that the a report with audit conclusions should be presented by 16th February 2015.
