During its Wednesday meeting with the Board of Audit and PVF Honorary President Tadeusz Sąsara, the Board of Polish Volleyball Federation decided to:
- Designate Mr. Waldemar Wspaniały and Mr. Andrzej Ladziński as Members of the Board, filling the previously vacant positions.
Mr. Waldemar Wspaniały is the Chief of Volleyball School Centres Programme and a renowned coach.
Mr. Andrzej Ładziński is a lawyer and has cooperated with the federation for more than ten years.
- Accept the Presiding Board’s recommendation and begin the procedure of choosing and hiring an internationally recognized consulting firm which will conduct an audit of the Volleyball Men’s World Championship Poland 2014. The scope of audit will include a check of the existing procedures and their implementation in the process of ordering services at the time of organizing the 2014 World Championship. A detailed scope of the audit will be determined by the Presiding Board. The firm will be chosen by means of a contest.
- Suspend the Board session until November 26, 2014 and postpone its looking into the question of suspension of the PVF President and Vice-President, due to some interpretative, which arose due to a lack of statutory rules which would directly regulate the matter of suspending of the PVF Board members. The Board decided to conduct further legal consultation on this matter.
The Board of Polish Volleyball Federation would like to assure you that all of the PVF bodies remain fully capable of conducting their statutory activities. All projects and activities are being conducted without any complications and according to schedule.
