- Men often act in sports associations. Our wives patiently, but not always, endure our absence at home. So I decided to thank the ladies for their understanding, express the respect and ask for continued support of our efforts towards volleyball - said Ryszard Ciężki.
At the occasional meeting Ryszard Ciężki invited wives of the Board members of the Kujawy - Pomerania Volleyball Federation and players of the CGB Centrostal Bydgoszcz – captain of the team Joanna Kuligowska and Ewa Kowalkowska, popular in sport environment in Bydgoszcz.
- Iwona and Antoni Kujawowie, partners of the Kujawy-Pomerania volleyball invited the ladies to the restaurant “Maestra” in Opera Nova. The meeting was an opportunity for our wives to meet with each other and familiarize them with necessity of spending a lot of hours on Board meetings. The long meeting ended up with the wish to organize another one - said Ryszard Ciężki. Unfortunately, Joanna Kuligowska could not be present at the meeting.
