We already know thirteen participants of the next year’s European Championships. These are: Denmark, Poland (co-host), Serbia, Italy, Russia, Slovakia, Bulgaria (the best teams of the 2011 ECH) as well as Belarus, Czech Republic, Finland, France, the Netherland, and Germany (winners of the elimination groups).

Three of the next year’s participants will result from the playoff  round, including Croatia vs. Slovakia, Greece vs. Belgium, and Turkey vs. Latvia. The matches of these groups will take place in May 2013.
