On Friday (the 15th of June), at 10:00h of the polish time, Polish Senior Volleyball Women’s National Team will play the first match of group G (2nd tournament) of this year’s edition of the World Grand Prix. The first rival of Alojzy Świderek’s team in Foshan is going to be the national team of South Korea. If we want to qualify to the top eight teams, which will play in the final in Ningbo, we can not make any mistakes. During the first World Grand Prix tournament in Łódź, Polish team gained three points during the matches against very strong rivals (Serbia, Italy and Brazil). Let’s hope to gain more points in Foshan.

Our girls are after further trainings. Being tired of the travel and the problem of acclimatization is already behind our players. Now we are looking forward to the set of points from the match against Korea, and then from the match with host and Taiwan teams. Tomorrow we are going to have an important match of the World Grand Prix: Poland – Asia.

On the website of the Polish Volleyball Federation, www.pzps.pl, at the folder ‘Galleries and Video’ one may find another pictures and interviews from Foshan (from 14th of June).
