The Women’s World Cup will perform on the 4th – 18th of November. Except Japan, who are the host team, also the champions and vice-champions of Europe will participate in the event. The FIVB admitted two wild cards to the national team of Italy and Argentina.

The Women’s World Cup will perform on the 4th – 18th of November. Except Japan, who are the host team, also the champions and vice-champions of Europe will participate in the event. The FIVB admitted two wild cards to the national team of Italy and Argentina.

Composition of the tournament:

- Kenya (the Champion of Africa)
- Algeria (the Vice-champion of Africa)
- China (the Champion of Asia)
- Korea (the bronze medalist of Asia)
- Japan (the host of the tournament)
- Serbia (the Champion of Europe)
- Germany (the Vice-champion of Europe)
- Italy (wild card)
- USA (the Champion of NORCECA zone)
- Dominican Republic (the Vice-champion of NORCECA zone)
- Brazil (the Champion of South America)
- Argentina (wild card)

The tournament is composed of four rounds. The participating teams have been divided on two groups – first round and second round. In the third and fourth round that will take 6 days, we will see 36 matches. The three top teams will gain promotion to the forthcoming Olympic Games in London. Four years ago, at the World Cup tournament, the best was Italian national team. How is it going to be this time?
