Mariusz Sordyl: no one said it would be easy

In Olsztyn, Delic-Pol Częstochowa defeated Skra Bełchatów 3:1 (20:25, 25:18, 25:14, 27:25) in the first match of the Finals of the Junior Championships of Poland. Mariusz Sordyl is a careful observer of the national team matches, in this age category.

-I have seen some of the semi-final matches in particular tournaments. Now I am watching matches of our best junior players, before the election to the national team for the Qualifications to the World Championships, to be hld at the end of May, in Bulgaria. Still, it is too soon to announce my opinion about particular players or teams. Some of them were better than the others-said Mariusz Sordyl.

Direct preparations to the World Championships eliminations will start on the 26^th of April. –We will organize two training camps, first will be the longer one, the other shorter. At the end of the longer one we will probably have sparing matches with Brazil-says coach of the junior national team. Mariusz Sordyl, just like Andrea Anastasi, is concerned with a short break between the PlusLeague and the national team’s performances. The polish coach of the junior (Men) national team mentioned he would like to see the following players in the team: Miłosz Hebda, Mateusz Mika, Wojciech Ferens and Piotr Haina. However, it is hard to say when would they finish their league tournaments.

-The might be a situation where the club schedule of Ferens and Hain will overlap with the date of the World Championships eliminations. The reality of everyday life is difficult, however, I did not come to work to complain about it. No one said it would be easy. Therefore, I have to change the reality, or at least try to do it, in order to make the way to success more easy. These are the reason why I try to see as much as possible in “Urania” hall-said Mariusz Sordyl.

Since Wednesday to Sunday, matches of the group phase will be performed. The winner will be known on Sunday.
