Polish national team played two friendly matches with Serbia this weekend. In Milicz, Poles defeated Serbia 3:1 (29:27, 25:21, 22:25, 25:19).

Polish national team played two friendly matches with Serbia this weekend. In Milicz, Poles defeated Serbia 3:1  (29:27, 25:21, 22:25, 25:19).

- We played well, so it is very positive view of this first meeting. We are having a hard season in the league and training camp in Spala. Each of us is struggling with some health problems. The whole look is not too bad, although again we played waves. In the third set we lost concentration about which our coach was talking - said Marcin Możdżonek.

Poland: Żygadło, Kubiak, Nowakowski,  Bartman, Kurek, Wiśniewski oraz Zatorski (l), Możdżonek, Konarski, Winiarski

Serbia: Brdjović, U.Kovaczević, Podraszczanin, Petković, Petrić, Lisinać oraz Vujić (l), Raszić, Ivović, Starović.

Second match in Twardogora completed successfully for Serbian team in the same proportion 1:3 (18:25, 25:20, 30:32, 17:25).

- It is a pity that we could not win on Saturday. However, such result is a secondary issue. In the second game the coach has given the chance to play other players. They were given the opportunity to breakthrough. In my opinion, it is a good thing that the coach had a view of all the players. - Said after the game Bartosz Kurek, who on Saturday watched his colleagues game from the players banch.
