2011 World League Final in Poland

According to the FIVB decision, final of the most commercial volleyball event in the word will be performed in Poland. In term 6th – 10th of July eight best teams will fight for the first place, as well as for points in FIVB ranking. Teams will be divided into four groups. Start of the tournament was postponed for the day 27th of May. Ergo Arena, one of the most modern sport halls in Poland, located on the border of Gdańsk and Sopot will host the finals.

The following groups will play in the tournament:
Group  A:  Brazil, Poland, USA, Puerto Rico
Group  B:  Russia, Bulgaria, Germany, Japan
Group  C:  Serbia, Argentina, Finland, Egypt
Group  D:  Cuba, Italy, France, Kuba, Włochy, Francja, South Korea

After 15:00h talks on the division in group A and group B will continue, so that in all four groups, two teams  were from Europe - the replacement may concern the U.S. and Germany.
