- Polish youth (men) national team will play in the Four Countries’ Tournament

In term 16th -18th of November, in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, polish youth (men’s) national team will play in the Tournament of Four countries. The white-and-reds will face Russia, Serbia and Czech Republic. For the team of coach Wiesław Czaja it is going to be the first chase of preparations to the qualification tournament of the European Championships 2013.
On the 18th of December young volleyball players will travel to Austria, where they will play sparring matches against Austrian team in four days time. Afterwards, they will have several days off, but not earlier than after Christmas. Furthermore, they will depart on a qualification tournament to the European Championships to Slovakia, on the 2nd of January. The eliminations will be held in Nitra (Slovakia), where in term 3rd -7th of January, group C, Poland will face Bulgaria, Slovakia, Israel, Portugal and England.
Two teams will promote to the European Championships after the tournament in Nitra. The event in Slovakia is the only chance of our volleyball players to win promotion to the European Championships, held in term 10th -22nd of April 2013 in Serbia.
