Since Friday Polish Junior Women’s National Team is at the training camp in Szczyrk. The players are preparing to the World Championships under supervision of coaches Grzegorza Kosatki and Marcin Wojtowicz.

Since Friday Polish Junior Women’s National Team is at the training camp in Szczyrk. The players are preparing to the World Championships under supervision of coaches Grzegorza Kosatki and Marcin Wojtowicz, to be held in term 22nd – 31st of July in Truijillo and Lima. Poland is in group C together with Belgium, Korea and USA.

- The training camp in Szczyrk will finish on the 27th of June. After a short break we will see the team again on the 1st of July in Kielnarowa. On the 6th and 7th of July we will play two official matches against Slovakia, in Łańcut.  On the 8th of July an unofficial meetings of both teams will take place. The training camp in Kielnarowa will finish on the 10th of July – says the coach Grzegorz Kosatka. Aleksandra Elko is training with the team because she replaces Daria Michalak, who has been injured.
 
Polish volleyball players will depart to Peru on the 19th of July. The last five days before the departure the team will spend on a short sport camp in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki.

Sixteen teams participating in the 2011 Junior Women’s World Chmpionships have been divided into four groups, by the drawing of lots. The two best team out of each group will promote to the next phase of the tournament. In the second phase, the teams competing for places 1-8 will be divided in accordance to the following schema - 1A, 1C, 2B and 2D as well as 2A, 2C, 1B and 1D.
