Lotto Eurovolley Poland 2017 with the Event of the Year award!

DEMES Sport Business Awards were presented during the 14^th Sport and Business Gala on March 22^nd, at the Polish Olympic Committee Centre. The celebration was part of the SPORTBIZ Sport and Business Forum – the biggest event of this kind in Central and Eastern Europe. Individuals, organizations, and projects, who contributed most to the growth of Polish sport in the last year, were awarded at the Gala.

The winners of the Sport Business Awards had been chosen by the DEMES Awards Chapter, consisting of sports marketing experts, academics and media representatives. In the “Event of the Year” category, the award was given to the CEV Volleyball European Championship – Men: LOTTO EUROVOLLEY POLAND 2017. The awarded event was chosen over the two other finalists – The World Games 2017 and the Orlen Warsaw Marathon.
