Latvia will play with Polish Women's Team CEV ECH Qualification Tournament

During Qualification Tournament for 2015 CEV Volleyball European Championship Women which will be held in Lugano (16th - 18th of May) and in Bydgoszcz (23rd - 25th of May) Latvians will play against Poles.

During Qualification Tournament for 2015 CEV Volleyball European Championship Women which will be held in Lugano (16^th - 18^th of May) and in Bydgoszcz (23^rd - 25^th of May) Latvians will play against Poles. 

From Friday to Sunday eight teams divided into two groups were fighting for promotion to the second round of the Qualification Tournament for 2015 CEV Volleyball European Championship Women. 

In Halmstad in group A were playing: Sweden (tournament host), Georgia, Norway and Latvia. 

In Bar in group B competed: Montenegro (tournament host), Bosnia and Herzegovina, Estonia and Lithuania.

Norway – Latvia 1:3 (23:25, 25:20, 24:26, 22:25)
Georgia – Sweden 1:3 (25:19, 26:28, 11:25, 14:25)

10^th of May
Latvia – Sweden 1:3 (25:15, 16:25, 14:25, 15:25)
Norway – Georgia 3:0 (25:19, 32:30, 25:15)

11^th of May
Sweden – Norway 3:1 (25:22, 25:10, 21:25, 30:28)
Latvia – Georgia 3:0 (25:15, 25:22, 25:18)

 

Final classification:

1. Sweden – 9 points 9-3
2. Latvia – 6 points 7-4
3. Norway – 3 points 5-6
4. Georgia 0 points 1-9

 

In the second round Poland play against Ukraine, Switzerland and the second team from the tournament in Halmstad – Latvia.
