- Junior Championships of Poland: the gold medal of KS Pałac Bydgoszcz

(Women) Players of KS Pałac Bydgoszcz have confirmed their position of the favorite. They hace lost the first set of the final with MUKS Sparta Warszawa, but in the next three sets they proved to be unbeatable. Furthermore, TKS Tomasovia Tomaszów Lubelski gained the bronze medal. The host team was a sensation of the Championships. First of all the team won the eliminations of the group phase; afterwards, it defeated UKS Osiemnastka Szczecin 3:1 during the match for the 3rd place of the tournament.

The award of the MVP of the Championships was given to Paulina Głaz (TKS Tomasovia Tomaszów Lubelski). The remaining individual awards were given to: setter - Ewelina Polak (MUKS Sparta), spiker - Zuzanna Czyżnielewska (KS Pałac), libero - Marta Tutikow (MUKS Sparta).
The Championships of Poland in Tomaszów Lubelski have been performed till Wednesday. Group A: KS Pałac Bydgoszcz, MKS V LO Rzeszów, GS UKS Krzanowice and MUKS Sparta Warszawa. Group B: Energa Gedania Gdańsk, TKS Tomasovia Tomaszów Lubelski, UKS Osiemnastka Szczecin and LTS Legionovia Legionowo.
