Polish players inaugurated with victory the second round of the World Grand Prix. During the first match in Foshan (China) the team of Alojzy Świderek defeated South Korea 3:0 (25:17, 25:16, 25:22)

Polish players inaugurated with victory the second round of the World Grand Prix. During the first match in Foshan (China) the team of Alojzy Świderek defeated South Korea 3:0 (25:17, 25:16, 25:22).
From the beginning of the match in Korean team the spiker, Kim, was missing. Our player have been most scared of this particular player. However, her friends from the team made many mistakes and often spoiled the serves. The advantage of the Polish team, at the second technical break, was seven points. Joanna Kaczor and Joanna Wołosz came onto the court.  Alojzy Świderek also alowed to play both libero players – Paulina Maj and Krystyna Strasz. At the end of the first part, the Korea started to attack, however, the advantage of the polish team was big enough to win the first set 25:17. The last poin has been achieved by Karolina Kosek.

At the result 3:0 for Poland coach of the national team of Korea asked for time. Despite the problems with finishing the attack polish national team went on the second technical break with the result 16:13. Just like during the first part, on court entered Wołosz and Kaczor. The signal to faster game has been given by Izabela Żebrowska. Great block of Agnieszka Bednarek-Kasza returned. At the very end excellent performance presented Kaczor. Polish team won 25:16.

In the third set Alojzy Świderek left on court Joanna Kaczor and Joanna Wołosz. He also gave a chance to Maia Tokarskiea, who replaced Bednarek-Kasza. Thanks to great condition of Berenika Okuniewska, Polish team lead to result 13:13. Good game in the attack allowed to gain advantage in points and Katarzyna Skowrońska-Dolata and Katarzyna Skorupa came back on court. With two points of adventage of the polish team the match has been stopped because of the leaking roof... The second referee placed on the side of the court of Korea a big bucket and for several minutes the match had to be suspended. After the return of the teams on court the team of Alojzy Świderek did not miss anything in their great game and finally won the last set 25:22 and the whole match with the result 3:0.
